First the good. They were accomodating for a keto diet. We just had to call to get no bread because the app doesn't let you remove bread and we didn't want the cheese stuck to the bread. We received discounts on our coffees for it being before 10 AM. So his 1.69 hot coff was only .99 and my 3.49 large cold brew coffee was 1.49. We arrive with a camper so we have to walk up to get our order. Now the bad. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches with extra meat. They put them in bowls for us that was nice. I asked them to put them in 1 and they were placed in 2, still no big deal. But then when I flipped the one into the other for my husband there was a long hair cooked into the eggs and melted into the cheese and bacon/sausage. When I walk back up to the window they didn't act like it was a big deal. The girl is like i'll remake it. The sad part is there was never a " let me comp it ". Now don't get me wrong I've worked in the restaurant industry where people try to get everything free, however this was cooked into it not just sitting there so you could tell it wasn't staged. Also I ordered a French vanilla coffee that was large. They said they have cold brew and I told them if it wasn't the French vanilla I didn't want it because I do not like regular iced coffee they said it's like a French vanilla. So I thought it was new staff because it either is or it is not. It was not and when I explained that they just gave me a cup of syrup. Definitely not the same as other Sonics. I now understand the 2.5 star reviews. There was another couple there with issues as well and no one else was there so I think I need to start listening to reviews. Just sad because the sonic by my house isn't like this they are good. Waste of my money and I doubt I would come back to this sonic. Other downfalls it said that the sonic in Salida, CO also was not currently allowing the app so you couldn't use any promos. Now with that being said. Customer service: Had they comped the mistake I wouldn't of left the review and just wrote it off as accidents happen and they are trying, however you could tell this wasn't a first and they didn't value...
Read moreJust came through town 10-10-2024, it was 9am. There sign says open 8-11 ok. Pull up to drive thru, Riley the order taker says yes we’re open but you’ll have to wait 20 mins to get anything fried foods. Which is weird because you been open for a hour already. So we says we will wait, and pull up. We ask to use the bathroom, (which I forgot to mention we ate here used the bathroom the day before) but today she goes we can’t unlock the bathroom only the manger has the key. So closed the window and began to curse very loud and talk badly about me and my family in the car. My 12 year old son walked to go check the bathroom as we waiting in the drive thru. He slipped and fell in ice and jacked his knee up really bad and we have to go to the hospital now. There was a worker outside walked right by my son didn’t say a word to him, he just walked right by him. No worker salted there walk ways or anything. Just pure laziness. So we wait 30 mins for the food the guy opens the door and throws it at us. Literally threw it at us and slammed the door. We check the food all of it was wrong it was ice cold, the burrito looked like it had a massive spit loogey in it. Then they want to get in a argument with us about it, which is zero customer service skills at all. Then they yell at us tell use we can’t get a refund. Throws more food. Just totally disrespectful and pure laziness. The girls name was Riley, it was a young white kid and a young black kid working with her also. They all need fired asap. Place is a joke. Read moreSat waiting at kiosk waiting to order could not order, then decided to eat at the tables and was told we could only order through the drive through. We then sat in line for 15 minutes as they made 1 order at a time for the customers ahead of us that already waited a long wait. We placed our order on the mobile app for a stall at the tables, the order was then cancelled by the staff and changed to stall #1. Finally we get to order at the drive through, they tell us that they had been looking for us at the stall with our food which we were told we could not order from, i asked if we could add a few blasts to our order so we wouldn't have to wait another 30 minutes in the drive thru only service and was then told they could not add anything and that if I wanted to order an additional blast I would have to place the order online and then wait on the patio? (which we were previously told we could not do) our food arrived cold and the burgers burnt to a crisp. We were missing items like our hot dog that we paid for. All In all I'm not sure how this place is even open at this point. (Edit) we then tried to place our order at the kiosk on the patio for the stall and were told that the kiosk were closed as we watched cars around us at stalls have their food delivered to them...
