No one else was in the drive-thru. Pulled up to the intercom and was asked to wait a moment. Waited more than 3 minutes & had to finally engage them to place the order. Had to tell the clerk 3x that I wanted a hamburger, without cheese. Then after waiting for far too long I finally received my food. I checked it and it has cheese on it. Had to go inside and wait for 1 of the 5 employees to stop messing around with each other and finally notice me at the counter. I asked them to remake the food, they did. When it came back 5 minutes later it was completely slathered in mustard and pickles. The mustard was running out of the sides. I addressed this with the employee who went to go make it for the 3rd time. I decided at that time to leave. While in the parking lot a woman, who I must assume is the manager, came out & asked me for my ticket #, and said she would refund me. I gave her my ticket # and told her thank you as she just walked away to go back inside. I'm glad I was refunded, but with that being said, it should not take 20 minutes to make a hamburger correctly and the manager should have been more professional. This DQ has really gone down hill. The food is bad and the service needs a...
Read moreThis is one of my favorite ice cream locations. I’m really disappointed in this DQ restaurant today. Did drive thru today and no one had their masks on. I felt unsafe! I was going to go to a different location but I told my family DQ is safe. Boy was I wrong. Personally during these uncertain times-very important to keep your employees and customers safe. I wore my mask and no one in the drive thru window seemed to care. For me it looked like it was just an ordinary day. They looked at me oddly and couldn’t understand me because I had my mask on. I have been at other locations in town and they all have masks and even wear gloves. Very sad. Also, was charged extra for my blizzard. I had asked for strawberry cheesecake blizzard. The employee said I won’t charge you for the cheesecake because we don’t have any. What would you like-said strawberry blizzard than. It was a medium size and a mini size. After everything that happened-just wanted to get out of there. Came home and they charged me for the strawberry cheesecake blizzard for both sizes. Called to speak with a manager-the employee said no manager is available...
Read moreMy family and I just had the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. When we walked in we could tell they were struggling. We waited over 15 minutes just to get our order in, and I can only imagine how long the family in front of us had been waiting. When the husband requested a manager he was very rudely met by what seemed to be an employee acting as manager. After they talked and she went to the back everyone in the lobby could her talking down about the family who had been waiting. I cant believe some kids think this an ok way to handle buisness. Please dairy queen teach and hire professional people. I have a 17 year old son, and he would never act this way at work, or anywhere else. Everyone in the lobby agreed to write a review when they left. So here is mine. My family will not be back. The supposed managers name was Darrin. However we had a hard time getting a name from any of the employees. All the sudden they didn't know their managers name, and we were also told there was not a corporate number we could call. We found it, and will be calling as soon as they are...
