Wait staff were very pleasant and helpful. Loved the atmosphere and establishment on the inside. Sushi was mediocre at best. I always get the same rolls (Philly and rainbow) everywhere I go and they unfortunately did not have their ā€œspecialtyā€ fish at this time even though it was on the menu. I’m not sure if my Philly even had actual salmon. The crab tasted alright but for actual quality sushi it may be best to go to the city. Price wise, I’ve had much better sushi for less. Also they unfortunately do not have any soups. Maybe their hibachi and such is better,I did not try it.

The food truck now has a dine in location! My daughter and I shared a plate of rice, veggies, chicken and steak, and an order of eel rolls. The eel rolls were good, but the Southern California fried rolls my wife ordered were even better. They had a nice crunchy texture that contrasted well with all of the other soft foods. The full order came with 8 large rolls, which would have been plenty for a meal by itself, or even split between two people watching their figures. The western fried rolls were significantly larger than the eel rolls.

Great food and good portion sizes. They do have some excellent hibachi sauce similar to Fuji's in Fort Smith, so that's a big plus to me. Their sushi is also surprisingly good, especially considering this is a small rural Oklahoma town that nobody would ever expect to find sushi in. Even the raw fish rolls are fresh and well prepared! My only complaint is that I would really like it if they could make sushi combos as an option, id find it difficult to go anywhere else for lunch if that was the case!

Where to begin… We went to this little place while in town for Thanksgiving. For starters our waitress was very overwhelmed with her duties, despite our party of 3 being the only ones in the restaurant. She paused us in the middle of our drink order to go take an order on the phone, then again during our food order. She didn’t know what was on their menu and went to the kitchen to check if they had almost everything we had asked for. The tables were sticky. The yum yum sauce was individually packaged just hanging out on the counter up front…that’s a refrigerated DAIRY product. The waitress forgot the Togo portion of our order until she was trying to get us to leave and we had to remind her we hadn’t gotten all of our food. Then the man preparing the food seemed aggravated that he had to make it.

Sushi is a hard stretch from the definition of the word. The only ā€œfishā€ they offer is imitation crab. I get that Oklahoma is not a costal state but neither is Nebraska and I have had great sushi there, so no excuse in my opinion. When Costco sells sushi grade fish what can you really say?

The people seemed nice enough, as is small town custom. But if you are truly looking for Japanese sushi, I do not recommend. Nothing about this place...

My husband and I came here for our 3yr anniversary. We rarely go out to eat because we prefer to cook delicious food at home and are often disappointed if we do go out.. "we spent how much on subpar food that we could've made better at home!?" However that was not the case here. Service was great, even though we came close to their closing time. No one made us feel rushed or unwelcomed. We enjoyed chatting up the staff while they were waiting to start on their closing chores.

They were out of avocado but were able to scrape enough together for a tempura fried roll we got so I'm glad they made it happen. It'll be worth it for us to come back and give local Sallisaw some business 😊 Thanks for everyone who gave us...

Food was good, but waitress was terrible. Autumn R, greeted us in a friendly way and took our orders. After she gave us our food, she never asked how everything was or offered to refill our drinks. She came at the end of our meal asking if we needed any to go boxes or to go drinks. This is the second time we had her as our server. Last time we asked another server for a refill. We could hear someone in the back ask whose table it was. We were thinking it was a owner, because he was not happy. We didn't say anything last time, but this is the second time she has given us poor service. I am giving a 3 because this is the second time we have received poor service from the...
