Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Saltsburg

We eat Foxes in Saltsburg at least once a week. Usually hv it delivered, but sometimes pick up. My husband always gets a pepperoni/sausage Stromboli. I get something different everytime. It is ALWAYS GOOD ! As in CONSISTENTLY !!! There is other good food around, BUT not always consistent. That's the key word. We hv had good customer service and delivery. Not too long ago we placed an order, but they did not think they wer gonna b able to do anymore deliveries bcuz the driver was stuck in someone's driveway. We felt bad. We did not want to go out in the very cold, bad weather after a long work day. Being that my husband hs a 4 wheel drive truck and an experienced driver, we sd we would come an get the food. 10 minutes later they called back an sd the driver was unstuck and they could deliver if we still wanted. We wer impressed. Alot of these delivery drivers r young, and not as experienced. They hv not had alot of bad weather growing up to practice. Other than not hvn Calzones, (ricotta). We love and...

Absolutely horrible service. First and last time ordering from Saltsburg. Spring church will get ALL of my business for now on. Ordered and paid online, order was to be ready at 6. Arrived about 5 minutes early, took around 7 minutes for anyone to even come to the counter to wait on me. My food wasn't even started yet. Workers spent more time standing around talking than working on food orders. The woman taking food out of the oven was to busy talking on her cell phone and disappeared leaving food ready to fall on the floor as it was being pushed out of the oven, the delivery boy came in and was rushing around trying to do her job as she came back out still talking on her cell phone trying to take food off with one hand being her phone was in her other. The only one wearing gloves was the delivery boy. My food was finally ready at 6:15. Everything was...

You have to watch who's working. Half the food is non edible Because they either burn it or it's just rotten. Don't order salads! You're guaranteed to throw half of it away. if the owners, Dom, or Shana is working there then you will get good food. Otherwise save your money and order from John's pizza across the street.

They are constantly asking for tips which you're not allowed to do. It's irritating!! I always tip, without being asked I tip but I'm done tipping if they ask me. I haven't tipped the last 4 times because they have asked for a tip. I happily give generous tips as long as they don't ask. I completely understand that a lot of people live off tips but my mom worked there and I know they aren't dieing for money.
