The standard Subway fair. This location was very clean with helpful and friendly staff.
My only complaint was the lack of standardize portions of meat in their sandwiches at this store. I have ordered a Foot Long Subway Club which according to their menu is suppose to include "Tender sliced turkey, lean roast beef & tasty black forest ham".
My experience at this Subway, is two pieces of roast beef laid length way on a 12" Bun. 3 small pieces of turkey, and another 3 of ham spread over the roast beef. In total this amounted to about 6 slices of your standard packaged sandwich meat from a local supermarket.
A great disappointment when you order a Foot Long Sandwich to be cut in half for two people. I was told this was the standard amount (Which I know better) and if I wanted more I would have to pay the double meat amount.
As the town of Saluda, NC is near this location and a major highway is just an off ramp away, it was a captured audience. Its worth the extra gas and mileage to Go to a FireHouse Subs for a Club Sandwich for a better price and more fair amount of meat...
Read moreI was there today, and the customer in front on me, and my wife where told to exit the store do to social distancing policies which is fine we waited outside, and when there was enough capacity all three of us went in, and what I saw after that could've went viral. The person that's making sandwiches asks a person in the front of us if he had a problem, and argued with him on whether or not he had an attitude. She even refused the individual service, and tried to call her boss. As we approached everything was alright except for the fact she just kept on, and on about how what she did was justified. I witness first hand a male employee (may have been a manager) degrade and criticize another female employee in front of myself and my husband (customers). Then when I let him know we would not return to this location because of his treatment of her he acted like that was acceptable to talk to your employees that way in front of customers, she also had a horrified look on her face as if this is normal behavior for him to talk to her in that way.
