Mi Hacienda — Restaurant in Salyersville

The Mexican food was decent but it had to be brought to us by someone in the kitchen because the only thing the waiter did was take the order after sitting for one full hour! And btw I didn’t get chips until about 45 mins in.

I ordered a hamburger and fries for my son and he ate because he was hungry but he said he could only handle eating half because it was cold and nasty fries as well.

The waiter continued to walk past us and I had to stand in front of the kitchen to get noticed.

The waiter missed bringing some of my order.

The bean dip was about 1/10 bean and the rest was cheese.

We had no silverware

We were on a time frame and we barely made the deadline.

As a tourist there are few dinners so this was the only thing open past 5 and my family and I have been here twice each time horrible service

We will not be going again

I normally tip very well and even more to small businesses because I know there isn’t much work in the area

I did not tip what so ever at all it still cost $45 for bean dip hamburger fries and one fajita dinner. Oh and not only did I have to hover for silverware I also asked for extra plates and I had to get them as well for myself.

After I got up and went to the hostess to pay the waiter then jumped up from the table he had been rolling silverware and looked for his tip

Then he huffed scolded and said they left me nothing as he sat down

Maybe just maybe he will get the clue and do...

Worst service ever! Was missing half our food, the food was all wrong. Server never checked on us until we had already had someone else bring us what we were missing & still had messed up food. Not only is this bill unexplainable- we had 4 adults and 2 kids in our party and charged an automatic gratuity? Where was this posted anywhere in your establishment??? Where is it posted there is a fee for using your credit card and not cash??? We had to ask the server for the bill…. She didn’t even show the bill and gave the itemized bill after she charged the card. Began looking at It and She gave the wrong bill. So we paid the wrong bill. Instead of correcting it, she had to refund that bill and it takes 3-5 days to go back onto our card and essentially charging another +100 onto our card to pay for the correct bill. Will never return to a place that cooks Mexican food out of a bag and in a microwave for outrageous prices and service that is so horrible my elementary child could do 100x better!!! Do better and be better for people who are paying...

The waitress clearly doesn't want to do her job. She told us to sit wherever. We did. 15 minutes later, she comes to take our drink order. Another sever sits the chips and salsa down and walks away. She brings the drinks, slams them down on the table without a glance, and walks away. There was no chance to order an appetizer or cheese dip or food. 30 minutes later, she comes back to take our order for food. I ordered the cheese dip to go with my now cold chips. I didn't realize that the burrito WITH beef is ONLY BEEF wrapped in a tortilla with an obscene amount of cheese dip covering the entire plate. She forgot the cheese dip and asked if I still wanted it. At that point, it was pointless. The soda machine needs to be cleaned something awful, too....
