Taco Bell — Restaurant in Salyersville

I’ve came to the full realization today why American fast food employees are so horrendously incompetent and now no longer wonder why foreign workers, of any kind, are superior and are given jobs. It is because American employees aren’t smart enough, trained well enough or have enough common sense to handle even the simplest of tasks and here is your prime example considering it just happened to me..

They charged me 55 cents extra for two packs of Bell Sauce for chicken nuggets.. only got one. They asked what sauces I would like for the additional three chicken soft tacos I ordered and I specifically told them PLENTY of mild sauce. Not one pack was given or included. “Check your order” some may say — they wouldn’t need to say this if the employees got it right. They can’t even get sauces right and no this is NOT just a simple mistake — it’s a ROUTINE PROBLEM I encounter EVERY time I order from this Taco Bell in Salyersville, Kentucky.

Now, I will throw this entire order in the trash because I’m not eating it sauceless and dry. I will not drive 10 miles and waste my gas to be given sauces that you all forget to include nor will I look around my property at home to see if I can find an old pack of sauce. Get your orders CORRECT by using and having COMMON SENSE is my highly recommended suggestion. But hey Taco Bell, ya got my money and that’s what matters.

This place is absolutely GARBAGE I work at the subway right in front of it and the customer service here is atrocious and nasty Heather w was my server and she was rude and nasty like I get working fast food is stressful and exhausting I do it myself but that still gives you no right to be extremely nasty and rude to a paying customer who was as nice and understanding as possible. This tacobell is a huge disappointment. For the food , I ordered a chicken cheese and rice bowl and a large Baja blast freeze there was barely any cheese barely any chicken and like 10 pieces of rice. And I told her extra everything. And she gave me a small Baja blast instead of what I actually ordered. I will not be eating here again with those disrespectful and rude workers who don't know a thing about customer service I wouldn't have been mad about the food if the cashiers and workers had good service. Literally the WORST Taco Bell or fast food restaurant I’ve ever been through. Went through at 11 o’clock at night and ordered: Power Bowl, Nacho bel grande meal, 4 soft tacos and literally took 35 minutes to get my food. I was told to pull around front and wait. They brought someone else’s food to me after me telling them it wasn’t mine, then they came back and got the meal that wasn’t mine and just took it straight over to the next car after me having it for about 5 minutes, luckily I didn’t actually handle any of it. Then they finally brought out my Power bowl and 4 tacos but forgot my nacho bel grande meal. So I had to literally wait another 5 minutes on the nacho bel grande meal. They did give me 4 coupons for free tacos so they do get an extra star for that, I feel bad for the woman that was running this stuff out because it definitely wasn’t her fault.
