Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Angelo

I was absolutely shocked when I got home with my order! I usually have I usually have a good Experience with this Taco Bell, although although this time as usual I Ordered a lot of food ! When I got home I looked at my bag and I had ordered beans on the side and they gave me beef on the side! I call? I called down there and talked to the DM and she said I could come back and get the beans she thought it said beef thought it said beef! It's a 5 minute drive there and a 5 minute drive home! So when I got there My beans were the only thing warm! Then, as I began eating my cold soggy food, which was the chzy gordita crunch, the soggy, no crunch Taco and then, the crunch wrap Supreme was def NOT it's normal usual crunchy filled item! It had no sour creme, nor did it have the nacho chz, nor hardly any items! I was already embarrassed and I was VERY SURPRISED by the DM'S response when I called. She did admit it was her fault about not giving me any beans!!! ALTHO, for me to have had to drive back as my food got cold and also today was my cheat on my diet carb cycling day, so I only get one normal meal a week of my choice of anything I want, and it ruined my meal of the freshness and the crunch,the warmth, as well as the accuracy of the food that goes in the items!!! I felt uncomfortable as it was having to call the first time _ The DM wasn't very apologetic nor compassionate towards the problem! She just told me she wld have the beans ready when I got back! Again, this one meal a week I do REALLY enjoy having my food crunchy, fresh, hot, and made the way it looks in the picture as well as the proper ingredients!!! I shld not have had 2 call twice especially after I have had to go back for an item and it wasn't on the DM'S time nor her taste buds nor her dime, and she didn't even apologize, she said the beans wld b waiting when I got back! FORGET THE FIOD BEING COLD, FORGET MY EXTRA TIME, GAS, AND MONEY! I can't imagine what her problem was, ALTHO, she just didn't care. I AM STILL ABSOLUTLY SHOCKED UNCOMFORTABLE AND VERY VERY EMBARRASSED ! I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A VEY GOOD CUSTOMER AND I ALWAYS spend A LOT OF MONEY!!! THIS WAS THE VERY WORST EXPERIENCE AND I FEEL TERRIBLEAND UNAPPRECIATED as a reaccuring customer that ALWAYS spends A LOT of money, and I'm ALWAYS VEY KIND!!!I AM SO SHOCKED AND UNCOMFORTABLE I was treated so unfairly and my food was very cold...

2nd visit: WHY DID I THINK THIS VISIT WOULD BE DIFFERENT? Needed a quick dinner after a busy day. We were missing items from our order and the 2 orders of pintos and cheese were a joke! There was literally less than a teaspoon of beans covered with sauce and cheese. We have been getting this for years so we took them back to the counter and were told this was the “correct portion.” We scooped out the sauce and cheese to show the lady behind the counter the thin pitiful layer of beans on the bottom and she again said this was the accurate serving size. Also while we were there, a male worker went into the bathroom and came out less than a minute later. There was NO WAY he had time to wash his hands properly - if at all. I will drive across town to another location before I visit this poor excuse for a Taco Bell ever again! 1st visit: Taco Bell is a quick way to get a bite for our family since this location is near our home. Today, however, I was extra disappointed. My soft taco only had about 1 tablespoon of meat. And the lettuce and cheese were skimped on as well! Very disappointed! Do...

Sweet Jesus, who the HELL manages this location? This is the SLOWEST drive-thru of ANY fast food place I've ever been to in the entire state of Texas!

1 damn order (3 crunchy tacos w/a pepsi) took 30 MINS in the drive thru to get with only 2 cars in front of me.

They have ALWAYS been slow, but this just takes the cake. NEVER does any jerk working at this place EVER- smile, ask me if I would like taco sauce, napkins, or utter even some semblance of a greeting of any kind. I am lucky to get an acknowledging grunt from them after they bark the total at me. I actually will drive all the way across town to get anything from this franchise because I cannot STAND dealing with this particular location. I only go to this one when this is what I want, but it's just too late or I'm too tired to bother to go across town (or when I really don't feel like wasting gas). It's RIDICULOUS that it takes 30 mins to make 3 flipping tacos. Seriously- 6 people in the damn store and it takes an ACT OF GOD to get the drive thru line moving? It's no wonder I only eat at Taco Bell once in...
