Continued.... Part 2 I trusted that she was the manager and told her the story and before I could finish, she interrupted and began to tell me the same thing the attendant had told me, "ma'am, the pizza was hot and the box was cold, you cannot tell by the box." She continued to repeat this over and over and would not hear any more. She defended the actions of the attendant and when I told her that I even opened the box and touched the crust to show that it was COLD. She began to yell at me and say, "did you tell ...... that you poked your finger in the pizza?" I told her I touched the crust with the back of my finger in front of the attendant to show her it was cold and even asked her to touch it too. She kept yelling, "how am I going to exchange it if you put your finger into it (which I had not "poked" it with my finger")?" The more I tried to clarify the more she yelled and refused to hear any more. She said that I should have demanded to speak with a manager while I was at the window. I tried to explain to her the attendant was rude and I was afraid that the situation was going to get worse. I even explained the concern I got at some point that if she did exchange the pizza, I was afraid it would have been tampered with. I didn't trust her or Little Caesars any longer at that point.... and I had two children in the back seat so I left. She still would not listen and in turn twisted everything and said "now you are insulting my staff, we are professional, you are being rude to us, we won't put up with this, you are treating us like we are street...." and she kept on and on and would just keep yelling. I was done, On the phone said, " F..... this, I am just going to call the District Manager" and then I hung up. I then phoned the District Manager and left my name, number, and a brief description. This entire experience was so upsetting that leaving the message was very difficult. I am hoping she returns my call tomorrow. The manager proved she had no leadership skills and that the customer service was NOT important to her. It is obvious that, through her example, this is what she models for her staff because that is exactly how the attendant behaved..... like middle school girl drama. This could have all been avoided if the attendant would have just given us a "HOT" and Ready pizza, as advertised. If she had been my shoes, she would have wanted the same thing. I felt that they, Little Caesars Nogalitios, had some cold pizzas and thought that their customers were "stupid" or "fools" enough to be convinced that their COLD pizzas were actually HOT. We all know the difference. I chose to be a customer at this location, but there are other locations, other pizza businesses nearby and I will travel to anywhere just to NOT go back to this location. We all deserve better. If they could do this to me, they do it to others, and often people don't speak up. Today I chose to NOT allow this and I feel that if this happens to you all (and by some of the posts, it already happened to a lot of people) you should NOT go to this location until changes and improvements are made..... YOU...
Read moreBy far the worst Little Ceasars I've been to. I have placed orders on the phone and through the portal, each and every time something was wrong. Orders lost, never placed or wrong pizza or missing toppings. However, it is the most convenient location for my family. Today, however, I was extremely dissatisfied. I called in my order while leaving work. About 15 minutes from location. Left work and arrived to yet another order that was never put into the computer. The young cashier at the counter was very polite, but honestly has never been trained in dealing with issues. She called her manager on duty to help find the phone order. When it wasn't found the young man (mgr) simply entered the order and left never saying a word. No apology, nothing. I asked the cashier what happened and she said it was not entered in. I sat, having figured there would be an issue with my order in advance, I planned some time for it. After another 20 or so minutes my order came out. In that time I witnessed, one person walk out because nothing was hot or ready, a portal order that was incomplete and an order for a lady where 2 pizzas were being made(both wrong) when only 1 was ordered. I asked to speak to the mgr (who took my order by the way), since I have had many issues before, I know who she is. She had just walked in with another employee, my question was polite and simple, " what can I do to make sure my order is correct and placed in the future?" She never came out. Never spoke to me in person and made the cashier come out to try and explain. She never even made an attempt to see what I needed. The cashier went to the back to get her. When she found outwhat I wanted she then loudly and intentionally, told the cashier that the order was put in as soon as they got it. Then had the cashier come out to try to relay what she said. This is unsatisfactory, unprofessional and ignorant, as far as customer service goes. I will now relay this information to everyone and anyone willing to listen, since this is my neighborhood location and like every business here, I want it to succeed. I never once raised my voice, made rude comments, or asked for anything in return/refund. I am simply asking that they do a better job, provide good and reasonable service and admit when...
Read moreToday I was working on this side of town my co-workers wanted pizza. It was the worst experience I've had at any of the Little Caesars from FM 78 to the East side this location today was very rude as soon as I entered the door was not even greeted me and my partner kept you know hollering just to see if somebody be like I'll be right with you nothing for about 10 minutes and then they finally say I'll be there after 10:00 minutes of us trying to get a hold of them then the girl came out wasn't even in uniform was very rude and then after she took her order and there was another guy waiting my partner wanted to sit down as I did too because we do labor work well one of the chairs was broken so I decided I would sit on his leg and the girl comes out and she was very rude and under her breast she tried to comment this is why our chairs are broken they had nothing to do with me so I made a comment back maybe I should have been professional enough to not say anything well she took it above and beyond and kept running her mouth so of course I got mad and I asked for my money back and she kept telling me to excuse myself she would give the money back to my partner I was only rude with the lady because she was rude from the get-go she could have answered me when I came into the location she didn't I waited that long then I had to wait longer for them to make the pizza so of course I was all upset when I did Bing on the counter it was to get her attention and just let her know her customer service was poorly and she should have been in uniform she tried to explain that her uniform shirt was underneath her sweater so I tried to explain to her that no name tag no uniform showing was very unprofessional yet she wanted to continue yelling at me trying to kick me out of the store and give my money to my partner I think something should happen to this young lady she doesn't belong in this kind of business she has no customer service at all and should have never even spoke to me under her breath and think that I wasn't going to say...
