Depends on one you go to really but the one we went to on corner of 36th street and 90 was absolutely terrible this time. I have used them plenty before and never had an issue. For some reason this night they closed lobby early in night or maybe lobby was closed all day for some reason but has to go to drive thru. Had a mobile coupon worker put in manually but wasn't working and apparently the scanner fell somewhere and seemed bothered to find out what could be done to honor it. A manager came by and helped but apparently it was the wrong order I found out when went to hand it to me, so apparently the wrong charges. Had to jump through hoops to get them to fix all their mistakes and no apologies or compensation was offered for all our time and trouble. I even think they still overcharged me a little but since they didn't give me my receipt I couldn't tell for sure. I will never go there through drive thru again. I usually have best experience at one at Evers and 410 but had a really bad experience there one night also through drive thru when their idea of fixing a burger they messed up was taking something and wiping ingredients and cheese in process off to get rid of stuff that shouldn't be there. I could have died if I was allergic to something that has been on it. I try never to go through drive thru if I...
Read moreThis all happened 6/9/18 at 3:30am This is the worst location I have ever been to, I would rather have dealt with something I ordered be under cooked or over cooked. The employee âtaking my orderâ was talking really fast and when I asked what she had said she sighed and yelled âI said for the second timeâ then i asked if there was someone else who could assist with taking my order, she said no and laughed at me, then i asked to speak to her manager and she laughed at me again, i asked for her name and she laughed again. Then she ignored me and went to the next intercom to the other customer and was just as rude to them and the customer just drove off. I was directed to goto the window, the manager was no help and just as rude to me as the hourly employee, when i asked for the managers name she laughed and said she was not giving her name and i can contact the Acosta Family. Before driving off i was advised by the manager that i should be nicer to ppl on this side of town because not everyone is as polite as them. I will never return to this location to be threatened or treated like a piece of trash, employees obviously have no training and the manager has no managing skills to say the least. The manager was a tall, skinny, African descent female with a short bob wig with...

Ordered 1/4lb with cheese meal and 10 pc meal. They were fast, hot and fresh but packed to go even after answering I'd like to dine in. Before I could enjoy my last bite of burger and while my son was trying to answer how his 2nd day of school was an employee decided this was the best time for me to accept and retain the education she felt couldn't wait about car parking. Needless to say, after much consideration I decided to occupy the parking spot a few extra minutes to get back to my child's 2nd day of school conversation. I considered myself a paying customer entitled to park in a McDonald's parking spot. The McDonald's representative seemed to disagree. Disappointing, unpleasant experience. In the future I won't take up any Mc Donald parking space at this location again. Chick Fil A has plenty of parking, is now worth driving a little bit out of my way for and appreciates...
