Pizza Hut — Restaurant in San Antonio

This restaurant has gone way down hill since it opened. If I can leave no stars I would. I order almost $60 worth of pizza. The app gave us a 20 min rough estimate. Obviously it was a lot of food and it was a holiday so we waited extra time before we went. My wife was met by the rudest “supervisor” at least that’s what he called himself “Silas”. Told her it would be an hour to an hour and a half. She came back home. We waited an hour and a half I went back. I met “Silas” who told me it was going to be another 15 min and that I could wait in the drive thru line. I waited 15-20 min just for him to come back to the window and ask me “who were you picking up for” I gave him my info again for the 3rd time, he came back and said “it’s gonna be about 20 minutes” I told him that we had already been waiting 20 minutes plus the extra hour and a half. At this point total time waiting was 2 hours almost 2 and a half hours. I said “can you help us out and put our order up front since we’ve been waiting so long, he said “no” I said “I’ll just come inside and get my refund” the response I got from Silas was “bet”. When I went inside he proceeded to give his attitude and had no sense of urgency. I asked for his managers name and he said her name was Lauren. He finally gave me a refund as he handed me the receipt he proceeded to give attitude and roll his eyes then ignore me and talk to another customer. Even the customer behind me acknowledged his attitude. If he’s a supervisor there I’m sorry for the future employees. He needs some retraining or find a job that better suits him because the hospitality...

Horrible experience the guy pressed ringer then left our pizza order on the floor and took off to his car. He did not wait until we came to door. We did NOT ask for contact less delivery order. So I called and spoke to Ed and told him your driver left our pizza order on the ground I told him this was unacceptable and that he needed to give us some kind of compensation a Pastor fettuccine bowl. He would not answer me. Then called back wasn't coming told him to compensate with pizza he said no. Then my husband talk to him and Ed said he was going to void our bill. I told hi.e I need my receipt and he said I will give it to you at end of night? I informed him I need it within the next 30 minutes since he was gonna send someone earlier. Then 30 minutes past and no receipt I called back and Ed said stop calling here I am gonna call the police so now he threatening to get cops on me I told him send the cops. Then my cousin which was at my house ordered his own pizza and brought pizza but didn't bring my receipt and cancelled receipt.

This guy Ed - General Manager was rude, nasty, unfriendly, unprofessional, and threatening me when they did wrong NOT me. I will never buy pizza from this Pizza Hut ever.

This General Manager needs to be written or even more for threatening customers. I recommend never to order from this Pizza Hut spend your hard earned money somewhere else where they appreciate your business and respect you and your family. Gave 2 stars for the speed of delivery.

Would give 1 star if it weren't for that. I triple checked my order before placing it that my personal pan did not contain cheese as I don't eat cheese and I also omitted black olives. The pizza showed up with cheese and black olives. Called the restaurant to get a refund rather than wait for redelivery and I'd just eat something at home, but they said they can't refund it because I didn't specify omission of either when I placed the order. My order also did not contain my apartment number when I sent it to them. I believe there is something happening between when the customer places the order and when the restaurant receives it as I would never order a pizza for myself with cheese or black olives and I specifically triple checked before submitting the order that this information was being conveyed. My apartment number is also stored in my profile so I don't know how it got omitted when I selected my full and complete address from my delivery address options.

Breadsticks were overbrowned and we're baked into the cinnamon sticks so on one of the breadsticks it tasted like cinnamon on one side and 2 of the cinnamon sticks tasted like breadstick on the side. Did not get any marinara with the...
