I placed an order on the Subway App around 430pm one day for a 5pm pick up. My card was charged, I headed to restaurant, and the location was closed. My app said I needed to call the store to cancel my order. But nobody was at the store. I'm still going through the process to try and get a refund. If staff closes early, there shouldn't be a way to order ahead online...
