There were no issues with customer service, everyone was friendly. But it is a very, very trashy hotel. The room was outdated. There were dead water bugs on the floor. The toilet was filthy, it had chemicals in it like the cleaning crew dumped them in but didn't actually clean or flush. We flushed and there was a filthy ring left. The shower curtain rod was broke so it leaned forward preventing the shower curtain from closing on each side. The tub had a significant drop in it. The shower head was very low causing my husband to have to bend to use it (he's under 6'). The bathroom area was tiny, not enough room to change if you are sharing with friends/family. There were only 2, very small & hard, pillows per bed. It was 2 full size beds, not queen. There was trash EVERYWHERE. The pool was nice but unfortunately they didn't clean around the pool. Trash covered the pool area: chip bags, beer cans, coke bottles, diapers and even left over clothes. This trash was there both days we were there, it was clear it'd been there for awhile, this wasn't just trash left over from an inconsiderate group that one day. Trash in all the bushes from cigarette butts, to bottle caps, to even toothbrushes, donut bags, just trash. The parking lots were the same. Trash EVERYWHERE. The price was way too high ($80) and I used a corporate discount, for the hotel. It was more like a $40 side of the road hotel. Very limited, crowded and yup trashed area for continental breakfast (on the bar they left a broken back of a barstool with screws, this was there when we got there for breakfast and again later after they closed and "cleaned" when we checked out). I would not recommend this hotel. At best it should only be used for a single, or couple with no kids, passing thru the area and only needs a...

Read moreThe purpose of my stay was leisure & meeting up with family. Being a frequent traveler l try to be frugal which has me staying in some of the less expensive motels. I used to always check the reviews first and go from there and quickly found the flaw in that approach realizing people seem to write a indepth negative review slamming a owner, manager or property quicker than a positive one this has made me a true believer to give a honest review either way. Upon arrival I saw there is a lobby area with a couch and some comfy chairs it was quiet and peaceful nice place to sit and read. Check in was smooth The facilities were dated and could use an update which in a perfect world and in a better economy I'm convinced this property's owner would do. Everything appeared clean and orderly. The bed linens & towels were freshly laundered. The hospitality staff were very attentive and friendly. Located in a partial industrial area concerned me at first although there was little noise and we did not experience any disturbances. The pool area has a great picnicking deck with grills, tables and plenty of seating If you and your family are pool lovers like us then you're in for a treat. As far as security concerns the parking and facility were fenced with adequate parking for all the guests. I did not see any transients or loitering in parking areas. Pest control must be well maintained we did not see any signs of a insect or rodent presence. All in all it was a pleasant stay we will...
