Tonight, we had the opportunity to try this restaurant after seeing its high ratings, which set our expectations quite high. We placed our order under my wife’s name, Maria, and were informed it would take about 15 minutes. However, after arrivin w0 minutes later, we were asked for payment and told it would be ready shortly. Nearly 45 minutes afterwards, it was finally ready.
During our wait, we witnessed what appeared to be the owners or management screaming and belittling their employees. It was distressing to see the employees visibly upset and emotional due to the treatment they were receiving. Despite the chaotic atmosphere, the staff could only offer apologies, clearly embarrassed by the lack of control and leadership.
Once we got home and tried the food, I wouldn't say it was awful, but it certainly fell short of our expectations. The rice was acceptable, but the chicken was disappointing. While the vegetables seemed fresh, overall, the meal did not reflect the 4.7-star rating we anticipated.
In my opinion, this experience deserves a 3-star rating for the food and a zero-star rating for the environment and atmosphere. Based on this visit, we will not be returning and will never recommend this place...

We’re new to the area and came across this spot without realizing it was a takeout restaurant. We showed up with a party of 18 people (yes, 18!) and despite the surprise, the team went above and beyond to accommodate us.
As a family-owned and operated business ourselves, we truly appreciated the experience. You could tell this place was family-run with pride—everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even though we likely overwhelmed them a bit! The owners personally came out to check on us, which meant a lot.
And the food? Absolutely delicious! The shrimp and steak combo was 🔥🔥🔥 — a total hit with our whole group. We’ll definitely be back (for takeout this time 😅)!

With that being said, today I came in to place a pick up order and there was a young lady working the front…she had very bad customer service skills to say the least. She did not speak, I could barely hear her when she told me the total, and when she handed me the receipt to sign the check she pointed at the cup with the pens in it. Honestly, I had to bite my tongue. Whoever this young lady is, who was working the desk today on 8/11 please re train her because bad customer service loses customers no matter how good...
