Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Benito

Went to Jack in the Box for the first time in years. The drive thru employee immediately gave attitude despite the fact she didn't even take our order since we ordered on mobile and I just asked for no ice in the drinks since that wasn't an option in the app (she still gave us ice despite acknowledging it)

Then they had us move to the front to park where they had us wait for 25 minutes before I got down to ask where my order was (this was at 9 PM BTW and wasn't that busy). I waited another 5 minutes and there was no apology for the wait.

The fries were lukewarm and stale. The jalapeño poppers were soggy. The drinks were watered down with the ice we asked NOT to have. The only good thing was the burger

Now I remember why I don't go to Jack in...

Tonight was the first time I have had this bad experience at this location. We order 3 4.99 combos and when we got home 2 burgers were made wrong. No problem we went back. The sandwiches were redone but the lady was extremely rude. She didn't want to give us our fries...the fries we had already paid for. When we explained to her that the fries were already paid for she still refused to give us the fries. Well we told her to give us our money back as she turned red and very rudely gave us our money back she asked for our names. And we gave them to her. I have never had bad customer service before. Sadly we will no longer be going to this location thru the drive thru at night anymore. The day crew...

Food was a big disappointment. It was our first visit to a Jack in the box. Everything was cold when we got our food Cluck chicken sandwich meat was very thin and looked like it had been reheated in microwave. It was rubbery. The fries were cold even though we didn’t wait too long for our order. Few cars in drive thru only one couple eating inside when placed my order inside the restaurant. Waitress was friendly Our total bill was $23.57 and only one of 4 items edible. Probably will...
