For this being the first amapola it's gone downhill they were grade A, now an F. I came in and ordered the chile verde burrito I've ordered this here for years this experience was terrible hardly any green sauce burrito with medium temperature hardly any meat took two bites to get past the tortilla when I finally got to the meat it was mild in temperature and it was obviously canned meat. I've always assumed that it was caned, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking that they cook the pork fresh it's all canned meat which is processed food. I ended up taking it back and getting my money back. I sure am glad that I dined in. Just made it easier to return it. The only good thing I have to say about this location is they allow you to dine in. I went somewhere else and got a chile verde. I'm not sure if it was the staff that was working that day or did it just totally go downhill. There's another amapola that serves a way better serving with more green sauce. That hasn't been around nowhere close to this one. My friends order was acceptable. In reality it was her that ordered the food and I was mad and I told her to get her money back from my burrito I wanted her to get her money back from her order too. Unfortunately my advice didn't stick and she got her money back from my burrito only. And I'll say this I'll never come back to this one again or it will be a long time before I do someone will have to buy me a burrito from here and win me back over to these guys. Years ago we used to come here late at night and I used to order chili Verde and rice , I've always loved their chili Verde just now I don't add rice to it anymore it's all meat. I sure wish the other two locations that they have in San Bernardino and Colton would open up their dine-in. The one in San Bernardino I'll never go there I went there a few times and all they have is a drive-thru and anytime you buy anything in a Drive-Thru you don't get what you really ordered I'm thinking they do it on purpose cuz they know that you're long gone before you realize they dug you out. Read moreOne of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in all happy because I was finally going to eat after a long day, boy was I wrong. I ordered two burritos and two drinks, but apparently they have a combo meal for cheaper and I was not told this. I have worked at a fast-food restaurant, and when the customer wanted a entree and a drink, I always made it into a combo to save the customer a little bit of money. This Amapola employees apparently do not care to keep their customer happy. So I ask the girl if she can just charge me that deal, and instead I get charged extra, which is absolutely insane. They are robbing me from my money. Okay so I get the food, and the burrito is not how I ordered it. I asked for beans and rice and no tomatoes or condiments, my burrito came with no beans, rice, and it came with a lot of condiment, mind you that I did not want any condiments in the first place. So I go to a manager, which I believe his name is Edwin, and I say that the girl got my order wrong and I'll like to get a new burrito as I wanted it. He told me that it couldn't be changed since I bit, but how was I supposed to know that they were going to get my order wrong? So he told me that he could charge me extra to add beans and rice to the burrito, now I am just furious. I told him why, this is not what i paid for, how hard is it to satisfy a customer? To get them what they paid for, and not charged extra. He later said that he could add the rice and beans to the burrito, but the condiments would still be there. At that point, I did not feel like arguing back and forth with this guy. I did not even finish half of the burrito because I had lost my appetite and it was not what I ordered. So I left with being extra charged, really mad, and with horrible customer service. Amapola really needs to know what great customer service is. What made me mad the most that I was charged extra! Read moreTell me why this location keeps getting everything wrong when you order at drive thru. 2 times back to back. The manager Griselda was the one who helped me out worst cx service from a person in management upset like I had been the one with the mistake. Here's the issue I ordered fries with pork gravy and nacho cheese turns out they give me cheese fries with asada on top. So confused I didn't order that so I called as it was a drive thru order was told to save food and bring it back to remake or get money back. Came back to store manager said ok you can get credit of 7.20 only because I can't do taxes plus credit card fee. Which is nonsense since that's there business account issue. But regardless I was like ok thats fine I'll take credit and reorder. Then she says on I will give you 6.50 in credits only lol. I told her I thought it was 7.20 miss then she says ok and has me pay without taking the difference off I told her and she didn't even take the extra .70 cents off. Look, no issue about the money it's all about principles and what you say your going to do for the cx that's why I gave her and this location a 1 star for cx service. Please corporate now that your more active on social media and finally have a website up please look over theses lil issues or more people will start going to el tacocho, tacos mochis ect....
