The manager and cashiers have bad customer service. I asked to change my extra best pizza to another one with sausages on it and was willing to pay the difference. The manager came in and started speaking spanish which i don't know that language so I asked her to speak english so i could understand what they were saying. She proceeded to talk to them in Spanish and then asked me what was the problem i explained to her that i wanted to change just one pizza she asked for my receipt and the other pizza. I asked why she needed the other pizza when i was only changing one. She allowed me to change the other pizza and pay for it and charges me for basically 3 three pizzas. I asked for a complete refund and that i didn't want anything from them because they kept talking in spanish and wasn't letting me know what was going on. Very poor customer service. That is so rude to talk in anothwr language around customers. No way should they be allowed to speak another language without telling the customer WHAT is going on. And then they proceeded to call for security because their cashier took a swing at me and tried to hit me so i threw the pizza box that was infront of me to stop her from hitting me. I proceeded to ask for a full refund and i only got refunded for the one pizza that i made changes to. They still charged my card 16.37 for the other two pizzas which I went home with NO PIZZA at all. Smh horrible service.. Don't order here if you don't speak Spanish or even want to change your order. Read moreThe workers here at this place are terrible. Place is always crowded and online orders never ready. They are slow and never know whats going on. I walked in with one guy in front of me ordering. Soon as he's done ordering the lady behind me literally cuts me asking about her online order pickup. The lady at the register starts helping her before me even though she knew I was there first. So I tell the lady at the register how are you going to just skip me and start helping her. She tells me to chill because the lady was picking up a online order. I proceed to tell her well I'm doing the same thing and that she never even asked me and instead just started helping the lady. Worker behind the register looks at me like its my fault and starts giving me attitude. So I tell the lady to hold up cuz she cut me and tell the worker to get my order before she starts giving the lady her order. Its just crazy how the workers dont care and management is scarce. Read moreWe really like their food!!! It's close to home, we love their specials, love ordering online except for having to pay for it then and there which isnt always possible. Other establishments allow for paying at the restaurant or other payment options once your order was placed. Lil ceasars has to be paid on the app when order is submitted in order to get online specials. I have tried over and over to call in an order but they have never answered their phone in store. It rings, offers options and you get hold music but no one will tend to your call. Ever! Therefore I'm forced to place my order in store and wait in my car out in the cold while my pizza is made. I brought the phone issue to their attn but it didnt seem to phase them. I even showed them i was still on hold with their store while i was ordering due to them not answering i now have to wait outside for my order. Its my only issue with my local store but we will continue to choose them over other pizza...
