Spike's Bakery — Restaurant in San Bernardino

I have been coming here once a month for years but after what happened on January 3rd I will NEVER return. I was the victim of an ASSAULT and BATTERY as I walked out. When I walked out I was dumbfounded at the fact a random lady aggressively launched at me yelling at me and knocked my bread to the ground.

The cashier came out mad and told me to "Pick up the Bread" from the floor, seconds after I was attacked. I told the cashier I was just attacked by some stranger and she told me that's not that their fault and that its between me and the attacker.

I thought the cashier came out to offer me to replace the food, but instead told me that the only way she would replace the breads is if I pay again. WOW. Nice to know they care more about $3 rather than just replacing the bread to their customer who was attacked. Talk about a...

Super clean, and amazing selection, delicious breads and pastries !!! My favorite : anything strawberry filled. Takes me back to my childhood bakery. Everyone kept saying champurado was good, probably only reason i stopped by, but honestly in my opinion it tasted like hot chocolate, and it was watered down, not champurado tasting at BUT it's a bakery so I'll let it pass since they do make up for it in the bread.
