I visited the drive-thru at your Starbucks today around 2:50 PM, and I want to recognize two of the kindest, most professional young ladies I’ve ever encountered at any Starbucks. While waiting in line, I could clearly hear a man ahead of me verbally attacking them with profanity and cruel insults. There was absolutely no reason for his behavior, and nothing they could have done to satisfy him. He and his companion refused to move forward and continued berating them.
Despite this, these young women remained calm, respectful, and incredibly composed. When it was my turn, they greeted me with genuine smiles and the most positive attitudes—like nothing had happened. My order was perfect, as it always is at this location. You consistently get my drinks and food right, no matter what I order. I especially love the Bacon & Gruyère Egg Bites and banana bread, and this time of year, the Pumpkin Cream Chai is my absolute favorite.
As a regular customer, I’ve come to expect great service here—but today was truly exceptional. I truly wish I had gotten their names, because they deserve to be recognized for their grace under pressure and unwavering professionalism. They turned a stressful moment into a reminder of how wonderful your team truly is. I hope this message reaches them, because they made my day—and you should be incredibly proud to have them on your team.

Read moreBefore I did this review , I gave this Starbucks location a few chances- I find the location convenient when I travel this way BUT every time I order at here the food items are NEVER available & my coffee is NEVER & my dribks FULL of ice & no coffee. My shaken espresso has never been made properly. I spend A LOT of money at Starbucks daily & Ive not had a good experience at this location, on more than one occasion. Today was the 3rd time I tried to order 3 different breakfast items that were not available. Some of the drive thru employees are not so nice. Last week from the drive thru I wanted to add $30 to my Starbucks account & I had a $50.I was given a major attitude because I would need change & the employee was upset he'd have to ask someone at a different register for it...he took my phone from the drive thru which took atleast 5 min. & was not nice. I can go on about a few different experiences I've had here at this location. I love Starbucks, I drink it daily but this site needs to re- train on how to make these drinks & hire people that want to work,not ones that are angry for being there. I always am very patient when coming to Starbucks as I understand the job can be hectic. I watched people come and go but still I was patient. The app updated and said my order was ready but still no food. Waited 10 more minutes. I walked up to the counter and was ignored. I then walked up to where you place an order and explained that my food was marked as done but had not received it. The man did not ask me for my name or anything he just said “we had a big food order it will be out to you when we can” very snooty and dismissive I might add.
