Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in San Clemente

This happened July 23, 2017 10:00pm They were so rude everything was thrown. My fries were thrown and spilt all over the counter to the floor. I told them to please please change their gloves and they refused to do what I asked they ignored me so customers had to tell them just change their gloves for the lady and her child. Daisy one of the cooks was adjetated and over worked. She said we can get our money back and we can later tell the Manager but we can not have special place for your allergies this is no the right environment". She also said we can not do any special orders you're just going to have to take the burger the way it is, I don't have the time I am by myself working and I have other customers to tend to." I had to feed my daughter coming back from a long trip from San Diego. The onion rings were broken and soggy. They had low stock of food when customers asked for their Hawaiian chicken sandwich they had nothing left which made a lot of customers leave mad. This was the most chaotic thing I have ever seen in a restaurant. With a license to cook and sell food by the state of California. This was discussting the trash was everywhere and the trash was can full and overloaded. The bathroom was a nightmare urine not flushed and tissue all over the ground. One of the managers was just sitting on her phone doing nothing ignoring everything and not caring about what's going on. They need to all be wrote up for this juvenile work and...

The bathrooms are nasty Services strange, a lot of parking, there are three large parking spots for diesels and or buses. The worst thing about traveling any highway or interstate it's trying to find a place where they clean or at least halfway clean restroom. This place does not have that. Imagine the people serving your food going using a nasty dirty restroom then coming back to touch your food and or serve it to you. The door knobs are sticky and dirty, so washing hands do not help because you have to touch the knobs to get out.

It just bad to eat in a filthy place. Most of the Carl's Jr. Restrooms are like that though. It's like the management trains the employees to sweep the floors, but never wash them, spray the toilets but never wipe them off with a towel. This is why all the surfaces are extra grimy, just thick dirt on the floors, urinals, handles.
