Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in San Diego

This Church's chicken was dirty, the service was extremely slow and the workers assumed that all of their customers speak Spanish. I walked in and noticed the grease/oil all over the kitchen, the kitchen floor was caked with flour and grease. The eating area was in need of wiping down and mopping. Some of the people handling food didn't have hair nets on yet their hair was hanging ask over. No one wrote gloves as the handled the food either. In spite of that, I went ahead and ordered a 12 piece bucket. After paying, the cashier tells me that they're is currently no cooked chicken and that it will be 10 minutes. (It would have been nice to have known before I paid.) My daughter and I sat down and chatted for a bit while we waited for our food. When we realized that we'd beem talking for a while, I looked at my phone and saw that we had been speaking for 30 minutes. I walked to the counter and asked about our food. The cashier and the woman working with him looked at each other and the women finally said something to the cashier in Spanish. He looks back at the kitchen and notices that there is no chicken ready to be served. He then tells me, it'll be 10 minutes. At that point I demanded my money back to which they quickly did. That was the only thing they did quickly. They didn't even try to make it right or better. I ended up going to the KFC at Palm and 805; in and out in less than 2 minutes and the place...

Terrible service at night. I arrived about 8:30, shrimp wasn't available. They said they only had chicken. So I wanted to order a Megabites meal, and was told Megabites weren't available. So I ordered a chicken tenders meal, and they only had spicy chicken tenders. Luckily I like my food spicy. I wanted fries as a side and was told that fries weren't available. When I paid for my order I only received an authorization receipt from my credit card. I asked for my receipt and was told that they were unable to provide me with one. I left after receiving my order and an apple pie that I ordered was missing so I had to turn around and go back. Upon going back they totally forgot about the apple pie because of just handing it over they asked how they could help me. I told the same guy I was missing my apple pie, he didn't recognize me but to prove that I was there I ate a biscuit in front of him. He said it would take several minutes and I didn't have time. I asked if I could have my money back and he said they could substitute it for some other food item. I wasn't interested in waiting any longer, I just wanted my money back. I said forget it cause I had to leave and left without my apple pie. This place has the poorest service of any Church's Chicken I've ever been to. I'd avoid this location...

To begin with, the place and tables were dirty. People had to wait 25 mins for the crew members to mess up their orders. I kid you not, in the 25 mins I was there waiting for my chicken sandwich and 5 tenders meal I saw 4 people get their order wrong or missing something, including the people in the drive through. It was clear "management," and workers had no idea what to do. Once I finally got my food, I left... just to realize the guy never gave me my drinks. I drove back, and it took 5 mins for the guy to look my way after pacing around not doing anything (he was kind of just looking at the girl doing the drive through orders worried) mind you, the place is small, and there were only 2 customers, including me, by the register. I am 100% sure it was not them trying to mess with people but a complete lack of management or leadership guiding these young people. Whoever owns this location needs to do better in training and assisting their workers before letting them be on their own. The food was okay, but I definitely...
