Gualberto’s Taco Shop is one of the hidden gems. Without a doubt authentic superb Mexican Food at it’s best! To be honest never drove down Imperial Ave because I did not have a reason too. Always went to Cotija Taco Shop in Lemon Grove on Broadway. I find a great taco shop become loyal do not eat or try other places. I remember when the burritos were bigger, much bigger, and double the size. Every time I come in it's consistently smaller.
