McDonald's — Restaurant in San Diego

Hit up this McDonald's on Thursday, May 12 at 5 am. Google stated this location was open. Pulled up to the drive thru another car was leaving. Lady came on the intercom saying do you have a mobile order? I told her no I do not. NO RESPONSE! My family and I continued to sit at the speaker waiting for her to come back for our order. Nothing, she never came back, we waited and waited giving her the benefit of the doubt maybe she was the only worker and was making something. We must have waited almost 10mins then I drove up to the second window. This lady saw us drive forward and she hide between the first and second windows! Eventually she walked near the second window to attend to the coffee machine and just shook her hand at me to leave like they weren't open. What in the world?! Never have been treated so poorly. She didn't even care to tell me over the intercom or open the window they were closed or couldn't take orders. McDonald's do better! 5am isn't that early, you're along a major freeway, either update your hours or have your employees prepared to make food and be better trained. One of the worst McDonalds ever and that's pretty bad. Lunch time they will send you to the waiting area because they never get the food made fast enough. I went to the drive in at 9:30 tonight, no one in line. I ordered a shake, very simple. I sat in the drive through and watched the lady look at me then sweep the entire food prep area and slowly go and dump the waste in the can all the way across the store. She comes back into the drive thru area and looks at me kind of annoyed that I am there waiting for her. She grabs a cup, puts her fingers in the inside of the cup then makes the shake for me. She then handas me the shake with a fake smile and says nothing. Needless to say I tossed it immediately. The people who work at this store are terrible. I understand these are pretty much the starter jobs for college kids and such but if this is how the business runs then maybe an entire re-staff is in order. There was a time this location had no ice cream machine for weeks and was also closed randomly for days on end. May want to cut your losses McDonalds and...

I come here, but for some reason, today was not a good day. Since there is no 1/2 star, I'd just give this McDo ZERO star..but review is a review. I was handed a hot coffee and apparently, the staff at the window let go of the cup tight away that it spilled on my hand. Instead of apologizing, she laughed. I asked for ice and she gave me paper towels. She didn't say she was sorry. The lady wearing red came when I asked to talk to a manager, she said sorry and offered me another cup of coffee, I refused due to what just happened. I was asked to come in to fill out a complaint form. When I walked in, I had to wait for a "Supervisor" named Sonia. Unprofessional individual. She shouldn't be working there if she has no work ethics, no sympathy, empathy, no outstanding customer service. She didn't say Sorry..was RUDE! VERY RUDE!!! Announcing to the whole room what Andrew's number was. I told her how rude she was and she said, Thank You! Thank you. She has ZERO empathy and ZERO customer service
