let me tell you a little story: about 10 years ago my wife and i came here and the food was not good, prices were acceptable but the service was horrible, we just came back today sunday the 7th of october 2018 and i say to my wife and son let's go to nate's and see if they change, i'm very sure that their doing things differently, we order the buisquits and mushroom gravy, scramble eggs and potatoes, the menu in the website said that it was $9.25 to my surprise in the restaurant was $11.50 so i order 3 plates of the same plus 2 coffees the total was almost $45 dollars it took a good 25 to 30 minutes for ours food to arrive and when it did two plates were luke warm and mine was cold and the portion that i got it was less then the other two plates, since my sugar level was very low i had to start eating, halfway done i ask to talk to the manager, this lady came so i told her my issues, she was very polite and offer to refund what i paid for my plate, i thank her for doing that, so sad to say that in all this time that i choose no to give this business my business they just haven't learn, even dou the business is in my neiborhood i'm not planning on going there anymore, i like to review the restaurants that i go to eat, with the sole purpose of being of some help to people that are planning to go and eat a darn...

We ordered the lox breakfast and it came with a delicate and tasty arugula salad as a side. Others in our party enjoyed their tempeh sandwich and french toast. The kitchen and service staff clearly cared about their fresh, high food quality and ambiance. It's the kind of place where you ordered and paid, and they bought out the food. There were musicians both times we ate there in the roofed and shaded patio. They played country/blue/folks music, and we enjoyed them thoroughly. It wasn't too crowded yet around 10am on a Saturday morning. A word of warning about parking, it's crowded and hard to maneuver. Do yourself a favor and park in the nearby neighborhood and walk to the restaurant. Don't miss their incredible garden and nursery. They have some livestocks and petting pens for the little ones, too. I think goats, and chickens, but I don't remember exactly, so call them first. It's an outdoors nursery and fun to take a stroll around to settle your food after brunch. Do go! It's worth the drive and support the local...

The nursery itself is so calming, I couldāve spent hours just wandering around. They have a wide variety of indoor and outdoor plants, and the entire space feels like a peaceful escape.
The cafĆ© has a gorgeous vintage cottage vibe, filled with antique pieces that give it so much characterāeven the bathroom had a cute antique mirror that caught my eye.
The food was delicious and freshly made. Portions were just right and very reasonably priced. I ordered the breakfast plate, which came with two slices of toasted sourdough and the most delicious mashed potatoes Iāve ever had.
You can choose to sit inside or outside and enjoy their live music. Their house blend coffee was freshly brewed and self-serve, which added a cozy, homey feel.
And the best part? The staff. They were so warm and friendly that it honestly felt like visiting a friendās home, where someone is happily making you a delicious meal.
I think I just found my new favorite spot...
