Uber Eats. I wanted good Mexican and did not want to get sick. They gave me no salsas, no guacamole with my carne asada plate, which was expensive, $14.50 plus fees. And, I requested 2 cans of Coca-Cola. As a slap in the face, they put in two Dr. Peppers. The carne asada is not good. It tastes old; like it's been sitting for awhile, and is oily. I am feeling sick as of writing this. They obviously don't seem to care about having good food and service. I cannot recommend them. I might even choose Filiberto's over this place, and I don't like their food either.

They’re cool and all but if you have long hair please wear a hair net. Just ordered some nachos and there’s a long black hair in the food… that’s disgusting. The food had alright flavor and the salsa’s alright I guess but the fact that there’s a hair.. dawg, seriously? People who handle food and work around food should know better, total disappointment. Don’t plan on ever going back, that ruined the whole experience.

I driven by this place over a few dozen times now and I finally decided to order some Carne asada fries. Probably one of the best fries I have had in a long while. Their fries are simple which I like which is fries, Carne asada, guacamole, and cheese. For only 10 bucks and it was a one size only it was a worth the price. The wait was only a few minutes too. Will definitely come back again one day for sure.

After years of going to this place, and putting up with them messing up my order at least 25% of the time, I'm writing a review to say goodbye, Vaqueros.

There's been times where they forget to put beans, which you have to pay for, on something I've ordered.

Their red salsa, more often than not, now, tastes gross and metallic.

The last time I went there, the fries in my pollo asado fries were super soggy, not crispy and fresh, and I saw dude taking the rolled tacos I ordered out of a bin that they keep them in to keep them warm.

So...they ALSO weren't crispy and fresh.

Those two, along with giving me beef when I ask for chicken in my California burrito, seem to be the biggest recurring themes with these people. And it doesn't seem like they care, because they think people will just keep coming back.

Well, I'm done with Vaqueros. Ya me jodieron mi orden por...

Five stars for flavor and value. Two stars for location and area. Vaqueros is a drive through taco shop. It's also known as "barrilito". Not in the best area of town but it's ok. It is a little difficult to see while driving but once you spot it, it is easy to recognize. The restaurant building is shaped like a multicolor round barrel with a sombrero. Just make sure that you come from uphill so you can turn right at the drive through or wait without blocking traffic. It's not very practical to make a left turn to get there because there is only room for 2 cars in the drive through. They aren't the fastest but it's worth the wait. Amazing carne asada burritos of very generous size and great flavor! Prices are...
