I walk in and the employee is sitting at a booth on her phone. Not even paying attention or even saw that I was standing there waiting for her. She gets up, goes to the back, was behind the counter in under a minute. I asked her to wash her hands and she said she's putting on gloves. I told her it's still gross and I would like if you washed your hands. Then she did. Messed up on both my sandwiches, didn't remake them, just wiped the wrong dressing off and put the right dressing on. Her phone alarm was ringing the entire time she was making my order.
