I try to order online from 8pm then I call to make the order by phone they never answered or put you on hold after the first ring then I get there at 8:40 to order in the counter they was working the last orders they decide to take and ignoring me at the door so I left a review so the company know how the employees run the place they close at the time they wanted and do whatever they want I hope they have better training for...

La primera vez que fui a Pizza Hut en San Germán en el 2013, tuve una mala experiencia porque cobraron carísimo la comida, yo había ordenado una pizza mediana, unos palitroques, 2 postres y 2 refrescos y me vinieron a cobrarme $29.92 más $5 de propina que eso es un total $34.92 y yo decidí de no volver más, hasta que mejorará sus tarifas. Entonces, después vi que anunciaron una oferta sobre el buffet que primero fue a $9.99 y después lo bajaron a $8.99, pues hace 2 semanas fui a Pizza Hut a ver cómo era eso y lo que te digo es que tuve la mejor experiencia de mi vida, yo podía comer las pizzas, los vegetales, las frutas, los postres y el refresco ilimitado por $8.99 más el IVU que son $10.02 y lo mejor de todo eso sin la propina que eso es lo más fraudulento que he visto en mi vida.
