Fast Pizza — Restaurant in San Jose

I’ve always ordered pizza from this location and never had any problems until just recently. The second to the last time I ordered pizza from this place, the delivery guy showed up to my house, called me on the phone and made me go out to the street to get my order and still expected a tip. Well today I decided to give them a second chance and unfortunately had a bad experience with the delivery guy. He is very very rude. He showed up to my house and I was guaranteed that he would have change because I didn’t. Well he didn’t have change. I gave him a 20.00 bill and he said he would come back with change for another 20.00 about 30 minutes later he comes back. He hands my husband what we thought was all the change because the delivery guy said that was all the change. Well my husband hands me the money and as I’m counting it, i realize that he shorted me out of my change. He basically took it upon himself to tip himself with my change and expected me just to be fine with it. I called fast pizza and asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn’t in but he would call me back. Well he did but he said that the delivery guy told him that we said it was ok to keep the change that he took and keep it as a tip and therefore there is nothing he can do about it. Thanks fast pizza for ripping your customers off. I will never ever do business with you again and I will be telling friends and family about...

I used to like this place... It was the only pizza shop in town that consistently delivered quality pizza in under 30min.

The last two orders really put me off.

Ordered a pizza and 8pc wings online. Got a call 1-2min later telling me it's cheaper if I order by phone (okay, that's fine) and that they will be sending only 7pc wings because they are big this time... That's a very strange way to tick off a customer to save 50cents... Pizza still arrived promptly but quality seemed a bit lower than before (not enough sauce, skimped on ingredients).

Months later I decided to give this place another try. Same as before, got a call 2min after placing order to confirm details. I asked if marinara comes with the breadsticks and was told "no." I thought this was odd, but no harm in asking - "say, can you include marinara sauce with the breadsticks?" And the rep told me they would. This order took over an hour to arrive (I live off Julian street, 15min walk away) and the pizza was markedly worse (almost no sauce, dough not as good as before). On top of this, the dish of marinara sauce had maybe 2-3tsp of sauce -less than a 3rd full AND the red pepper flakes were clearly taken from Domino's....

I used to love this place, but I can't recommend. Maybe it's a sign of the economic situation, but the ownership has gotten...

What a disappointment, I ordered a large pizza and after waiting about 40 minutes the delivery guy delivered the pizza, but the pizza was the wrong size. I called and spoke with the owner and she was not helpful at all. She told me that she would send her driver back to collect the medium pizza and recharge for the large. She apologized for getting the order wrong and kept saying it was their fault. I then told her that I didn’t have a problem paying for the large but didn’t feel that I should have to wait another 40 minutes or so. I don’t expect free food but when they make a mistake they should try and satisfy the customer. We won’t be supporting this business anymore. LEARN TO APPRECIATE...
