Crazy About Mangonadas South San Juan — Restaurant in San Juan

Let me say don't even think twice about this place! I literally live less than a minute from here and my husband and I barley tried it the other day! We have been missing out this whole time! I tried a medium Cucumber shaved fruit with sweet chamoy and Lucas, ughh super delicious! Which is in the picture. I also ordered Large nachos and not even my husband and I could finish it.. We went yesterday again and I ended up trying a mini coconut shaved fruit and again not a disappointment and the mini was perfect because I had ordered a medium the first time around and it was too much... I didn't put any chamoy on the coconut and it was simply creamy delicious just like that. When you refreeze these they do not get rock hard like raspas, they stay creamy and easier to scoop out.... My husband ordered a Banana Split with Strawberry, Vanilla and chocolate ice cream. He said it was the best Banana split he had ever had! They also offer alcohol smoothies and michiladas prepared. The girls that work there are amazing and super honest, I was warned about the nachos being super large and I should have listened. Guys check this place out they have so much...

First time going to this place. Overall very fast and friendly. I ordered the Crazy mangonada which was the first option on their signature flavors. I didn't expect to receive some green slime instead of chamoy (I've never seen a green mangonada). I guess my problem is it feels like a surprise menu in which you don't know what you're getting unless you ask for a description for every single item because there are no pictures on the menu (nowhere did I see something about green sour mangonadas). I didn't mind the flavor, again, it tasted nothing like a mangonada, but I was disturbed at the amount of coloring the green sauce has. By the time I was 2/3 done the glass was a dark green slushie which I couldn't even finish... Overall, quality was good. I’ve been coming to this place since I was in high school 💯. Upon entering the employees rushed to see who enter, all eyes on the customer. Me, a former and CONTINUOUS customer of this specific location, because it’s close to home.

My safe haven, a place where I can be happy and continuously grow.

I’m glad that even in this current generation I came across Brandon, who complimented me on my ear rings.

There was another associate that I was speaking with alongside with Brandon. Both of them provided the most world class customer service at such a young age. I commend the both of you to continue doing what you’re doing & that’s making people happy.
