El Paraiso Chino — Restaurant in San Juan

We called this place to place an order for delivery. After placing and order the deliver got on the phone and said unless you place an order for $30 dollars or more we will not serve you. I am a police officer from Florida on vacation. The lack in customer service and hospitality even thought we are boarder line obligated to remain in out lodging facility. FYI this restaurant is only 4km from where we are staying. We highly do not recommended this restaurant. If i could give this restaurant a half a start I would. Never again will i ever attempted to order...
