Subway — Restaurant in San Juan

Wow, worst subway experience ever. Here they don't ask what you want they just assume and I literally had to bang on the counter to get the guys attention when he started putting cheese on. He seemed like he might have been really high or something. When he got to the veggie portion he just skipped it entirely and started packaging the subs, after again banging on the counter to get his attention he gave me choice of sauces and veggies. He then gave my wife the same treatment. Maybe he was new, maybe he never got trained or maybe he was just really high. I think the latter. Whoever the district manager is they aren't doing their job to ensure at least basic quality. The quality of the meat was poor at best. Should have walked out...

Used to come here because it was 24 hour drive, and service was good and quick, not anymore. Service quality has decreased, some employees don't even greet at drive thru, you have to repeat your order at the window, line is extremely slow, sometimes with only 2 cars in front, 30 min and there is always something missing on your order.
