7 AM, there are three cars waiting in the drive-through food waiting area. *after ordering.

En la noche de hoy 4 de septiembre de 2023, visité el McDonald's de la 65 de Infantería y procedí a hacer mi orden y me la hicieron 2 veces equivocadas. Ya para la tercera vez me atiende la gerente del lugar y la cuál debieran reentrenarla, ya que no tiene ningún tacto para hablar con los clientes, pues en ningún momento ofreció una disculpa y me dijo que me quedara en el estacionamiento a esperar mi orden. Transcurrieron unos 15 minutos más esperando y no me quisieron llevar la orden a mi carro, siendo ellos los que me hicieron esperar afuera. Aparte de que el lugar ya estaba prácticamente vacío. Así que me hicieron señas para que yo me bajara a buscar mi orden sin decir nada por la espera y por las órdenes equivocadas y que para colmo lo que pedí finalmente, también lo hicieron incorrecto. Es algo inconcebible. No importa que fuera la hora cerca del cierre de operaciones del lugar (11:15 PM), ellos tienen que brindar un buen servicio, pues para eso se les paga. No tengo el nombre de la gerente, pero ella es una mujer con su cabello pelirrojo y la cuál, repito, hay que capacitarla para la posición que ocupa. Es muy lamentable que en Puerto Rico nos traten de esa manera prácticamente sin educación y lo peor de todo es ver cómo echan a la basura las órdenes que ellos...

Received an incomplete order and had to argue to get them to give me my fries. After I was given my fries, I had to request ketchup for my fries and received one package after they made me wait for 5 minutes while they got a new box.
