I ordered the Tonkotsu and Shio ramen, along with some pork belly bao. While the portion sizes were decent, the flavors were disappointing. The ramen noodles were severely overcooked and had become mushy. Both broths lacked depth and were quite bland. Additionally, the broth-to-noodle ratio was off, especially in the Shio ramen, which barely had any broth at all.
The pork belly in the bao was burned, leaving us with an unpleasant taste of charcoal. To top it off, I found the meal somewhat overpriced for the quality.
My recommendation to the vendor: if you intend to maintain these prices, focus on refining the flavors and ensure your staff is properly trained in food preparation. I suggest immersing yourself in Japanese culture, ingredients, and cooking methods to deliver a more authentic experience.
Overall, I would rate this experience a 4/10 and, unfortunately, I won’t...

I think a few things could make this place even better. 1) serve the ramen in a deeper soup bowl, 2) wish the noodle was a bit more firm, 3) offer customers a tray to...

The ramen uses spaghetti noodles...
