Rude, Unprofessional and uneducated! Esperando mas de 10 minutos on Hold y luego el empleado Berrios (Man transitioning to female) no sabes absolutamente nada de Inglés y tenía los pantalones (bolas no tiene) para decir a mi que el "no necesito hablar en inglés porque estamos en Puerto Rico mi amor!". ¿En serio? Creo que el dueño es de Venezuela pero voy a hablar con Corporate! I wanted a simple 2 large, 1 ingrediente pizza, 1 with meatball 1 with chicken. I spent another 5 minutes attempting for Berrios to understand the word "meatball"/ albóndiga! He was sarcastic, condescending and rude! He told me the wrong total and needs to learn from management how to speak professionally...

Very Unprofessional. They don't even acknowledge you when you go inside. And they look at you, like you are bothering them. I left, a walk to Pizza Hut that is next door. Don't waste your money, where you are not...
