I called to order food and was kept on hold for over 15 minutes! No one came back to the phone. Walked into the restaurant and there were 2 cars in the drive thru and no one waiting in the rest. Don't even know why I wasted my time going in and showing proof of how long I had waited , since the CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT IN PUERTO RICO! Another restaurant scratched...
