McDonald's — Restaurant in San Luis

12/29/16 My last visit to this McDonald's wasn't really the best, but then again it really wasn't the worst.

Yes the bathrooms did need a little bit of help especially around the sink area. And yes the dining room was extremely hot because they had the heater working full blast. The heater actually made the visit more comfortable of than anything else. But the customer service was actually very good.

I did manage to ask one of the employees about the parking situation and the main lot. And all they told me was "if there's a space, you can park there." I guess that means that this particular location, you can park anywhere there isn't a vehicle! (See pictures)

I was a little surprised at the fact that not once did they speak to me in English nor did they ever greet anyone coming in through the door in English. Someone might say because of the fact that the city is on the border, the majority of the people coming in through the door only speak Spanish. But that isn't the case in most other border cities. For example, San Ysidro. Everyone who comes in through that door is greeted both in English and Spanish. So why not this one? What I asked the assistant manager this question, all they did was shrug their shoulders.

The play area was a bit on the miss your side. Or else this review would have done four stars instead of 3. Overall The Experience...

Every time I visit this location it's always something wrong in my order . Either to focus on trying to impress their manager or something In this location ..drive they always in a hurry trying to rush you to place the order and nothing wrong with speaking Spanish but they seem like they get mad when you order in English . Today drive thru order a breakfast platter and approach the 1st window and try to hand me a recipe with a totally different order and she was in a rush to take the car behind me . I was I haven't even paid and she spoke in a rushing way a different order that I was even aware of and she then gave me a look like what did you order And still had to confirm with other coworkers that I order a platter.. they need to focus on customer service and listen carefully to the customers not rush them to take the orders ..it's a fast food restaurant and it's hectic to work in those branches but others do fine why can't this one in San Luis AZ dose the same as others ..by the way my orders today and the last few times I've visited are never complete thers always missing...

Este Macdonalds es una verguensa a la Comunidad,el servicio ni hablar si quieres que falten el respeto o ver un servicio horrible este es el lugar .las ordes todo Mal ..los trabajadores nomas van para lleverse comida a casa ..i el personal Mal educados 100% what a waste of people who really need and want to work...so who ever is really incharged of this restaurant should really reconsider being replaced with someone who's serious about his or her job.....it's been a year living in san Luis and honestly I've only gone 5 or 8 times and all same people...so please corporate take a good deep look into this and make changes ASAP THANK YOU GOD BLESS...By the way the positive reviews are actually from workers and close friends of theirs.....so they will continue with the lies ....by the way how do you screw up an order when you're the only one there at the restaurant no one else at all HOW ?...
