Starbucks — Restaurant in San Marcos

First they got my drink wrong. I asked for a venti with a double shot and they only put two in. Common sense at least ask don’t assume. So I got my other two shots but I was still short one because the venti is supposed to come with three. Took 10 mins just to get a breakfast sandwich. When I walked in two of the females were just standing there talking not even acknowledging me at all. They sat and watched the only male their struggle rather than assist him which was so rude. Then some woman with curly hair came out the woodworks and was so rude to this customer talking about what are you waiting for and clearly the woman had issues with her English so she tried to show the photo and the woman with curly hair snatched it from her and was like don’t touch. Stopped by this Starbucks in San Marcos and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally friendly staff! I asked for a sticker from the spring special drink promotion, and not only did they give me one, but they generously handed me a whole board of six stickers—such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture!

Accessibility: they have accessible/disabled parking spots in front of the building as well as a ramp to get onto the sidewalk. The door to enter is a pull door (a little heavy). There is a restroom inside with a code (ask the employees for the code). There are accessible tables and moveable chairs inside and a few outside.

Experience: I love this Starbucks. All of the employees are so kind and welcoming, the drinks taste great, and they had a cute board up today where you can write your own positive message on a sticky note and stick it on the board for others to read.
