Sound Bar at Lyman Harbor — Restaurant in Sandusky

Been to thousands of shows all over. I have worked and currently work in the music industry and was excited to check out this small venue in Sandusky. I have to say I will NOT be back again. Seems like a nice place but the doorman was very rude and cocky. I felt like I was in a steroid infested gym the way he was hitting on the girls that came in before me and then changed his attitude for our group completely. The place looked a little odd the way it was laid out but I actually like odd. The sound was ok but im sure it could have been better. I realized I left my phone in the car and asked if I could retrieve it. The doorman/security goon tried to charge $20 to walk out the front door and go to my car to get my phone. I walked out and took my money elsewhere for the evening. If this is how the staff is allowed to behave, I can only imagine how its run behind the scenes! Charged us $10 at 1am without telling us there was noone there except the wedding party and then closed down early. Acted like a bahama mama was some insane request. The bar was a complete mess even tho there weren't very many people there and tons of staff. They said Sunday is the only day it's fun there and that the Crowbar was the place to be on Friday and Saturday. The guy that runs this is rude and believes he is city's savior. Yet he can't keep people from having guns in or on the premises. Tries to charge local bands to play at this establishment.
