I pull up and I can’t even go through the drive through because a worker is blocking the way, ok whatever I’ll just park and wait, the worker then walks to his car and continues to just look at me witch was very uncomfortable. Then I pull in the drive thru and place my order and pulled up to the window and it took a good 10 minutes before they gave me my food, normally it’s whatever I understand it takes time to make food but during those 10 minutes I realise they rung me up for sprite and not a Diet Coke witch I know I wasn’t the person to make that mistake because I never order sprite I’m a diabetic and can’t consume sugary drinks. I then get my food and I try to tell the lady at the window that this was supposed to be a Diet Coke but she just continued to say you’re welcome. After I leave I am the faced with another employee walking in the middle of the parking lot and did not move over until he got to the sidewalk by the street. Once I get home I open up the box to find 5 chicken strips with one of them being so small it should be classified as a nugget instead of the 6 I ordered. Normally it whatever sometime the person doing prep miss counted but the fact it took 10 minutes and no body that handled the food realised there was supposed to be 6 and not 4...

I got a blizzard from here on the way out of cedar point and it had very little toppings in it, and it wasn't mixed. I'm saying the bottom 75% of the blizzard was just fanilla soft serve.
I drove back and showed the cashier that the blizzard had no toppings in it, and that it wasn't mixed (still white, not red from the strawberries). She asked what I want her to do about it. I told her more toppings or a new one with normal toppings. She said they're standard amounts, and after I pressed her she offered to get her manager.
The manager didn't seem interested in dealing with me. I was the only customer and all the workers were staring at me. He ended up making another. It was probably 50% mixed up. I left it at that.
Will not go to this DQ, likely to take a break from all of these. Wish I would have gone...
Read moreThis location is VERY close to Cedar Point, so you can assume after Cedar Point closes, many people will be going to this location. Clearly they are oblivious to the fact that many people will be going to this location, so they close the dining room at 8 PM. Very unhelpful for those coming after Cedar Point. Not the end of the world, but we waited 30 minutes in line for the drive thru. We only ordered 3 ice creams. Absolutely ridiculous. Let me also remind you that the dining room was closed as well, which should mean faster service in the drive through. False. When we pulled up enough to see inside the restaurant, there were two workers specifically that were visibly doing nothing. Just standing around, walking back and forth, twirling their hair, you get my drift. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t be back in the food stations helping out. Please figure out how to manage...
