The drive thru was quite slow. I was greeted on the speaker by someone who identified himself as the "shift leader in training." You could hear loud laughing and nonsense in the background. When I ordered snackin bacon, it was repeated back as "snakin bacon". Funny I guess, but seemed like he was just goofing around. At the window, I could see the one taking orders wearing a Dunkin shirt that was ripped and the sleeves cut off. The cutoffs stretched almost to his waist. He poured my coffee without gloves and put his hands all over the lid...without gloves. When I got my order, the coffee was only warm...not hot. Maybe if the crew was spending less time being comedians on drive thru they could spend more time brewing hot coffee and observing...

I asked if they could please run my order through at the drive-through and was told by a young man with very few teeth (in a very rude) voice that he cannot run my sale through on the drive-through register because he has a long line at the drive-through and it will mess everything up. The employees lax around and don’t care about their jobs. Hopefully Dublin’s rebrand will step up its game. I find myself going to the Dunkin’ donuts in the Walmart or the one across from the York County Federal Credit Union instead of this one anytime I feel the need for a Coolata.
