Foiled Again! Chocolate Coins — Restaurant in Sanford

I just wanted to say that Scott did a phenomenal job with this order. I had ordered coins for a company event with our logo on one side and the coins look awesome. We had ordered 600 coins for this event and my biggest concern was making sure they did not melt. We had received the package as a box with a thick Styrofoam cooler on the inside. In the cooler was a plethora of packing peanuts and as I dug my way to the core of this package I had found a couple ice packs. These ice packs were still freezing after a week of shipping. I was incredibly impressed! The coins were inside their own box and I had found no damage. The company logo was clear, and centered, and the chocolate tasted great.

Even from the beginning of this process, I feel like I have received over and beyond customer service. Scott had asked me to provide additional pictures of the logo to make sure the logo would turn out exactly how we wanted and was endlessly grateful. He had written me a special thanks on our invoice and I felt the appreciation. Foiled again took care of us and I can't imagine them providing less then 100% of their best work for anyone else.
