OK... enough is enough! Two weeks ago I wanted a "Gobbler Bowl". "All we have right now is the hot "Gobbler Hoagie"..." same exact ingredients minus the bread, but couldn't give it to me in a BOWL?? It doesn't take a rocket scientist! When I got the hoagie all the cranberry sauce was just dumped on top, wrapped up (no deli paper used). What a freaking sticky mess! All the sauce was stuck to the large paper it was wrapped in. OH YEAH... and the hoagie wasn't even cut in half TODAY at 6:15am I asked, " no sizzlies today?" answer..."nope, we're two people short.". Wah, wah, wah. Contingencies? Plan B? MANAGER?? I went ahead and ordered a Scrambled Egg and Ham WITH cheese breakfast burrito. They couldn't even get THAT right! The entire burrito was about 4 inches long, if "round" could be measured that way. Everything was just piled in the middle, no cheese or salsa on either end, AND two very thin pieces of HAM (you couldn't even tell it was even in there). How about some food prep TRAINING?? HOW ABOUT SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE?? I'll drive to the one on SR-46...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSOOOOO glad they're finally in this area! For their opening, corporate should have pulled more people from other stores to assist in the madhouse. Took 30 minutes to get a free coffee. If it's free, there should be a person with a clicker (tracking the number of cups dispensed) waving you out the door if that's the only thing you've got, instead of making you stand in line for 30 minutes so the register can record that 1 free coffee was dispensed. I understand that you have to track inventory, but a clicker with a designated coffee manager is easier those first two or three days. Yes, you had a coffee person. That person was swamped replacing supplies while also making the espresso coffee. That was outright unfair of you guys to put ALL of it on her on her own on opening day. If you offer free coffee again, do it smarter, not harder. Clicker devices are like $5, and you can't change a first impression if that impression is an insanely crowded and disorganized store. Please fix this; you are still my favorite convenience store and gas station and I hate to see people get a bad taste in their mouth from such a...

Sent my hubby in for a chicken salad sandwich with provolone cheese and pepper. my order got called honey brought it home and it ended up being a tuna salad sandwich with tomatoes (iām allergic) spinach and onions with iceberg lettuce. honey went back for it to be replaced not a single person at the sandwich counter so he went upfront and they sent it back to be replaced. my honey got back to wawa mind you around 10:50pm (07.05.24) and is just now getting home at 11:39 pm, seriously ? 40 dam minutes for a simple sandwhich just for the kitchen people not call out for the sandwich and to be gone from the kitchen area. they suck back there. all of them need a retrain on how to function here seems the more money people the less they want tot do their job if you hate your job donāt take it out on the customers just leave. not the first time with the location that iāve had issues. i WILL NEVER return to this location ill drive to 46 before i stop...
