Starbucks — Restaurant in Santa Clara

I went into this Starbucks before work as everyone does, and typically I go to 7 leaves but today I thought I’d give Starbucks a go again. Well big mistake on my end. When I went in to order, I had a screen shot of the order and showed Janelle the person helping me the screen and asked if she wanted me to make it larger she said no. When she handed me my drink which has matcha cold foam I nicely asked her, oh hey there’s no matcha foam, she said it wasn’t on the order. Which I know it was, so I went to pull up the screen shot again and she walked away to help someone else and left me standing there. After a bit I told her hey I can pay for the match foam if you didn’t charge me and she said yeah give me a min. Well let’s just say she took so long and I had to get to work that I asked for a refund. What pissed me off was the fact that she walked away before correcting my order and completely ignored me and now I’m at work with no coffee. So don’t waste your time or money at Starbucks when the orders are inconsistent and shitty workers. There are better coffee shops out there now and much better...

First time at this Starbucks due to a quick run into Safeway. No line. My frappuccino was ready in less than 2 mins. The cashier and barista were very nice.
