Afternoon and evening hours the service is incredibly slow. If this review was for the breakfast service time, I would have given five stars. The breakfast drive-thru is spot on with correct orders, and we often pull up to the window to pick up our food and the attendant is already waiting there, food in hand, ready to hand it to us. However, something changes dramatically during the afternoon and evening times. We are told EACH time to pull to one of the designated spots in the parking lot where they will bring our food to us. This last time we went through the drive-thru, as per usual, we had to pull into a spot in the parking lot so they could bring us the food that wasn't ready. Service was so backed up that there weren't any spots available. We had to circle the lot repeatedly until one opened up. I counted seven cars waiting for their orders, and one of the drivers, after receiving his food, had to go back in and get his order corrected. It was fifteen minutes of waiting for a Quarter Pounder and a cup of coffee, and this was fifteen minutes past the time we had already spent backed up in the drive-thru line. If this was a one, two, or even three time occurrence, I wouldn't write a review, but the afternoon/evening service is so slow that my family groans if I even mention grabbing a cup of coffee at this McDonalds. Also, how about whole wheat bread for the Egg White Delight breakfast sandwich. It already has egg whites and turkey bacon, so why not complete the sandwich with...
Read moreI am a McDonald's fan. That said, I noticed a couple of not service-oriented details, rare in the franchise. (I seldom give less than 5 stars) This time I found the ordering machines at the entrance a bit clumsy. I don't know what exactly was but it just took too long and it didn't give me my ticket. It did ask me if I wanted extra ketchup, I pressed "yes". When the food came to my table, no ketchup. I mentioned to the young lady that the ketchup was missing. She then pointed at the counter, and told me I could go and pick it up "Over there" (where she had just came from). "Of course I can", I thought, "but then what's the point of asking me if I want extra ketchup if it isn't going to come with the order?" Couldn't the server read the instructions in the order and put some ketchup on my tray on her way to my table? For me, personally, no biggie. With my lengthy customer service experience, though, I know the right thing as a server is to bring the ketchup to the client, with a smile. The music was a bit loud and distracting. At a personal level to me, these things may not have a lot of weight. However, for McDonald's high standards of service, the fine point is crucial. So, I thought a bit of honest feedback would be appreciated. Keep up the good work...
Read moreHorrible through and through. I never expect much from McDonald's but this level of service and cleanliness is far below any other McDonald's I have ever been too. And that should say a lot. Given the area, I had some good expectations. We placed our order on the self pay registers, when we recieved our orders, we barely got any fries, secondly, they forgot our drinks and our sauces. I went up to the register and I had to say Excuse Me several times before someone came and they couldn't speak apparently or apologize. They're too busy chit chatting with each other to do their job properly. And lastly, both stalls in the women's restrooms didn't have toilet paper and had yellow pee stains everywhere, looks like they haven't been cleaned in several hours! Disgusting and poor...
