This spot is convenient to get to.

Yet, the drinks are just off a bit. At times I feel they don't add the extra shots of expresso to my drink as it taste mild. Other times, I ask for no ice and have gotten a cup full of ice. Or no whip cream and given gallops of cream On the drink.

My husband also dislikes the sweet coffees as he feels the syrup is always at the bottom and not blended well or just not enough to it. (No caramel flvor).

I admit, I only go to this Starbucks because of its proximity to my home. If I had extra time, I'd go to the one on Bouquet and Newhall rach road.

It's sad because this place is fairly new. The staff just needs better attention to their drink making or...

This is hands down the best Starbucks I have ever been to in the ENTIRE WORLD, and I have been to several all over the world. This Starbucks acts more like a local independent shop. I can't even tell you how wonderful the employees are at this location. Seriously! So very very nice and attentive. I have never had a bad experience here and actually every experience is a delight. Most Starbucks I go to just because of connivence and they are all just OK, but I would go out of my way to go to this specific Starbucks based on the service and staff alone.
