We ordered one large pizza over the phone and were told it would be ready for pick up in 20 minutes. Upon arrival, a woman immediately took our money and told us our pizza would be right out. She then left the counter. The other two employees were answering phones and taking orders from customers walking in. After the walk-ins were given their pizzas and we still did not have ours, we asked if they could check on it. We were told we had to wait our turn! We waited in the restaurant for 47 minutes (in addition to the 20 minutes after placing the order). Finally one of the employees gave us our pizza, which had been sitting on the counter getting cold prior to us arriving. We paid $25 for a pizza that was cold and soggy. Neither of us finished one piece. We tried to call them and work out a resolution, however, all 4 calls we were placed on hold for 10 minutes before getting disconnected. The bottom line is it doesn't matter if your ingredients are "the finest" or "freshest" or "organic" when the final product is disgusting and cold. Add to that a room full of employees who hate their jobs and resent the customers for bothering them by placing orders and you have just another business...

We got a pizza that had raw vegetables( it looked like they had it in the oven for 5 minutes.)The Cheese wasn't melted and there were uncooked vegetables. We could have baked it ourselves at our house but topping's had fallen off because it hadn't been cooked. And they forgot salad dressing. What a big disappointment, it's the second time they have ruined a meal. I called and the manager just listened and said, sorry. I don't know where they hire these people in management. I gave them a second chance in 6 months and both bad experiences. I'm telling people this in case you have a sick Mom who needs to eat her dinner and is too sick to cook. We didn't have salad dressing that's why we ordered it for our Mom. I hope they fix this restaurant, it's so close...
Read moreI’ve been a long time customer of this establishment. I will say the pizza and food is excellent and their options are amazing. I’ve been extremely dissatisfied with the level of service over the past few months. Several times I place an order and am told the wait is 20mins, 40mins, etc. however when I arrive at my given time to pick up my order I’m made to wait sometimes an additional 60-80 mins. The staff or mgmt has nothing to say or offers nothing to compensate for this. I’m not the only customer either experiencing this. Last night and the week before I waited an additional 80 mins. Tomato joes if you want to keep your customers then I suggest you update your times so your giving realistic expectations because I’m considering not returning...
