We oder here for work all the time. Tonight when we called to place our order the girl on the phone was unable to understand English and couldn't understand our order. I repeated it very clearly 3 times and she hung up on us. We figured the line got disconnected so we called back to place the order and once the girl got on the phone she immediately hung up once again. That type of behavior is intolerable and it would be gross negligence not to discipline this employee. We felt discriminated against because we did not speak Spanish. We order here 2 or 3 times a week and it's the same female that answers the phone each time. Today she decided that it was her right to refuse business to people she couldn't understand and it will cost her employer our business going forward unless we find out that employee has been terminated. First of all they have a menu on the wall with no prices on it. Second, the food is pricey for what you get. We paid over $26 for a carnitas burrito and a taco plate for my mom. She complained that the beans tasted burned and the shredded beef tacos were cold. The avocado on it was black on the ends. My burrito was okay in taste but it was very small.
