We recently hosted a large event with approximately 180 guests, and we had the pleasure of working with El Parasol to provide and set up the food. From start to finish, the experience was flawless.
The food was phenomenal—beautifully presented, fresh, flavorful, and enjoyed by every single guest. We received nonstop compliments throughout the evening, and people are still asking where the food came from!
What truly set this experience apart, though, was the team. Erick Lopez and staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were professional, organized, incredibly kind, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality made a big difference.
If you're looking for a reliable, high-quality restaurant to cater a large event—or even just to enjoy an amazing meal—look no further than El Parasol. We can’t recommend them highly enough and will absolutely be working with them again.
Thank you for helping make our event...
Read moreOver priced.flies. Poor service. Went in on a rainy day to an absolutely frigid restaurant. Ordered food that took about 30mins. Paid $4.00 for a large bottle of water cause the tap water tastes gross to us. Got a water cup so that I could pour half of it for my kid since I’m not feeling 100% and didn’t want to share the bottle. This restaurant has flies and a. A big juicy fly landed in my kiddos water cup as soon as we poured the water in, and this ruined the whole cup of water for him. $2.00 down the drain. Showed the staff the fly and asked if we could have a small bottle of water to replace the gross fly water and they said no you can have tap water. Bad move. Now I’m mad and my kid is mad and I’m NEVER going there again. Stupid business model to make your customers upset, who just paid $40 for food and a water, and all for a bottle of water that costs the restaurant .45 cents! Shame cause I live in the area and would have been a long...
Read moreWhen I went to college in Santa Fe El parasol was one of the few restaurants that you could always rely on to be absolutely delicious. Have you had a cold you go to El parasol, if you were depressed and didn't want to cook you went to El parasol, and when you crave something real and genuine you went to el parasol. The pazole was phenomenal. The pork melted in your mouth, I went with Christmas, the red and green chile danced together in perfect harmony. We did both the red chile tamales and the green chile tamales, both are absolutely fantastic and still something that I will crave again and again. This is one of those few rare gems that you find in a restaurant that continues to deliver. Do yourself a favor and go over to El...
