I ordered to go. I did not tip bcuz I did not sit to eat. I asked for my receipt. Few days later I noticed that $4 extra was charged according to my bank statement. I went in person to complain and mind you I was not being rude. I told the cashier the situation and pointed to the lady that took my order to basically confront her and ask why she did it. I asked the cashier to call her boss but no one seemed to answer. I was told to sit down and wait. The cashier went up to me and handed me $4. Mind you I never told her how much was added to my bill. Plenty of seating. Good for groups. Beautiful murals. Can pay with credit. Pork tamales are amazing! Masa is moist enough, plenty of pork inside and delicious. I will have to go back and order a full meal. I just got the tamales to-go. Need time to taste their salsas, refried beans and rice! I have had the food before just as part of catering. This place is my very favorite for tasting closest authentic to home made food! My fave that I've had is their quesa Birria tacos, beans, Shrimp Cocktail & Michelada. The shrimp are devained cleaned up. Fresh tasting! They give generous portions on the Cocktail shrimp where your actually getting what you paid for! Ricardo is very friendly. If there is something you'd like different they do their best to accommodate your dish.
