Señor Taco — Restaurant in Santa Maria

Great food, sadly I won't be returning due to poor customer service from one individual. Maybe she was having a bad night considering right before me another customer called to cancel their order and tell the girl they'd never be doing business with them (after my experience with this girls attitude, I can imagine why) again. I know this because she told the girl that was originally taking my order right in front of me; very unprofessional by the way to talk about other patrons right infront of other customers. Don't take your frustrations out on other paying customers! All I asked for was one red sauce to go with the three meals I had just ordered. She actually told me I couldn't have sauce because none of our meals came with sauce??? Someone spends that much on food and you don't provide 5 cents worth of sauce to enhance the experience? My boyfriend went in to try to ask for some and she told him he has to pay for a little ramekin of sauce. This was the only time out of the many times we've been there anybody has told us this. There were two girls there tonight, the smaller girl was excellent, but the other is losing you guys business (two customer in a row is pretty bad!). The older gentleman is also always very kind and pleasant. Trust me, I know how hard it is to find good help in this town, but this girl is among the worst I've seen; not a single smile even for anybody. Even a simple I'm sorry would have sufficed, but she clearly wanted to show she was in charge and we weren't getting our sauce no matter what!...

Went in and tried the birria, taquitos, and the red burrito mojado de lengua. Waiter said the red burrito is spicier than the green one, but still wasn't very spicy. She said the wait would be around 25 mins which was good considering the dining area was full as well as people coming in to order takeout. The food came in about 15 mins! I'll be sure to ask for extra sauce on the burrito and caldo for the birria when I order it in the future. Everything was amazing five stars go to the food Horchata and Jamaica were watered down. I wasn't aware that they had hand made tortillas until after I placed my order, which we will try next time. Prices are also very good compared to everywhere else I've been all this was only $30. Not going back. This is like the 4th time we tell them "No cream" on our food. We ordered fish tacos, they had cream, we ordered enchiladas and they were smothered in so much cream is like they do it on purpose. Have you ever realized that some customers might be allergic? On previous times, we told the cashier and she told "fish tacos don't come with cream". We ordered, and guess what? They had so much cream it was like the cook did it on purpose. Tell your cooks to ready orders carefully or it might end up hurting someone. Tell cashiers to write down what customers doesn't want on it, because they seem to ignored those small details.
